Methane testing

Methane is a naturally occurring gas that is released from the ground in certain areas. Methane is a flammable and therefore potentially explosive. Development on properties which are deemed to be within “methane zones” are usually required by local engineering and safety regulations to verify the presence and quantity of methane on said property, prior to and as a condition to permitting for development.
