Dennis Ironi,C.I.H, R.E.A, R.E.H.S, R.M.P
President

Dennis Ironi has been part of the environmental industry for over a decade. He is an experienced environmental professional recognized by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and by the State of California as a Registered Environmental Assessor (REA), as well as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS). Dennis has worked on several thousand indoor air quality projects for commercial, residential and industrial properties, as well as a wide variety of environmental compliance and due diligence projects.

Dan Ironi
Vice President of Operations

Dan Ironi joined Andersen Environmental in 2001. Dan has over 15 years of experience in providing operations management in fast growth industries including construction, entertainment, and environmental. Dan’s experience has been key in keeping Andersen Environmental’s organization in line with its explosive growth over the past several years.

Jason D. Ironi
Vice President

Jason Ironi Joined Andersen Environmental in 2004. Jason brings with him a rich business background from his business consulting experience at Arthur Andersen LLP, and IBM. Jason is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of Andersen Environmental’s business efficiency, growth, and strategic partnerships.

Matthew Rodda, R.E.A
Sr. Project Manager

Matthew Rodda is an experienced environmental professional, with over a decade in the environmental industry, recognized by the state of California as a Registered Environmental Assessor (REA). Mr. Rodda’s experience includes all stages of environmental projects including Phase I environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater testing and sampling (Phase II), site characterization, remediation, removal of Underground storage tanks (USTs) and other regulated subsurface structures.

William Mitchell, P.G., R.E.A.
Professional Geologist

Mr. Mitchell has over 20 years of experience in environmental management. He is in charge of performing a wide variety of environmental services including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. In this capacity, he performed various aspects of Phase I and II assessments, including site and area reconnaissance, historical reviews, and subsurface assessments. Additionally, Mr. Mitchell provided project management and technical review of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments prepared by staff-level professionals within the firm, as well as for third-party reviews for clients. Mr. Mitchell also performs environmental and geologic inspections, field monitoring, drilling, water sampling and report writing.

Aidan Rector
Sr. Project Manager

Aidan Rector has been a part of the environmental industry for approximately 18 years and is an experienced environmental professional recognized by the state of California as a Department of Health Services Lead Inspector Risk Assessor, as well as an Under Ground Storage Tank System Operator. Mr. Rector also has worked on several thousand indoor air quality projects at commercial, residential and industrial properties. Mr. Rector’s background includes an extensive background in legal process and a close familiarity with legal cases particularly those involving environmental issues.

Brian Martasin, P.G.
Professional Geologist

Brian Martasin is a State of California licensed Professional Geologist with over 10 years experience in the environmental consulting industry. Mr. Martasin has worked directly with clients and regulatory bodies to assess environmental conditions, develop plans by which to resolve such conditions, and carry out the planned approach to resolution. Mr. Martasin’s experience includes all stages of environmental projects including Phase I environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater testing and sampling (Phase II), site characterization, remediation, removal of Underground storage tanks (USTs) and other regulated subsurface structures, and regularly provides third party consulting services on behalf of private parties and public agencies. Mr. Martasin has worked on several complex, high profile hazardous waste sites.

Chris A. Guesnon, P.G., C.E.G.
Professional Geologist/Engineering Geologist

Chris Guesnon has been conducting environmental and geotechnical site assessments for over 18 years, and is recognized by the state of California as a Professional Geologist (P.G.) and a Certified Engineering Geologist (C.E.G). Chris has worked directly with regulatory bodies, public financed agencies, and private clientele to assess geologic conditions, develop remedial work plans, and conducts site specific activities to assure project success. Chris is experienced in all stages of environmental projects including Phase I environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater testing and sampling (Phase II), site characterization, remediation, removal of Underground storage tanks (USTs) and other regulated subsurface structures.

Scott Myers, C.A.C.
Project Manager

Scott Myers has been working with Andersen Environmental since 2005. Mr. Myers is an experienced environmental professional recognized by the state of California as a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC). Asbestos-related experience includes building surveys for asbestos-containing materials, providing oversight during the removal of such materials, performing asbestos-contamination assessments and developing decontamination procedures. Mr. Myers experience extends well beyond asbestos and includes performing indoor air quality assessments of commercial and residential buildings for fungus, bacteria and other biological contaminates as well as non-biological particulate and chemical contaminates.

Stephanie Chung
Marketing Manager

Stephanie Chung has been a part of Andersen Environmental as the Marketing Coordinator since July of 2008. After graduating from the University of California, San Diego Stephanie worked in the construction industry for several years. She is primarily responsible for marketing, new business development, and account management at Andersen Environmental. Stephanie is a member of various professional organizations including, ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), CAI LA & OC (Community Association Institute), CREX (Commercial Real Estate Exchange), and LACRA (Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association). Stephanie regularly attends networking events like NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association), ABA (Asian Business Association), and ACRE (Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives).
