A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is an integral part of a commercial real-estate transaction. The Phase I report provides an analysis of a property’s past uses and outlines any environmental conditions that may pose a liability for an owner of a property.
Andersen Environmental (AE) certified environmental professionals conduct Phase I assessments according to the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI/ ASTM 1527-05) standard.
AE personnel have conducted thousands of such assessments throughout the United States for a wide variety of properties. AE’s Phase I clientele include
